Abstract

|
Tumors involving the parapharyngeal space present a formidable challenge to the surgeons with regard to the specific technique of their surgical removal.
Preoperative evaluation of the sialography combined with CT scanning allows a more accurate assessment of the tumor.
Recently authors have experienced 4 cases of tumor involving the parapharyngeal space and have reviewed the rational surgical approach for tumors of this space.
